CASH ON DELIVERY NOW AVAILABLE NATIONWIDE

Zordideal is pleased to now offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide!*

*Some remote locations with very less demand can be refused for delivery . We shall inform the customer before .

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED AND HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED?

After you have placed your order, it will be sent to our warehouse for processing. Once orders are dispatched, we will call you . Kindly reply as soon as possible to facilitate immediate delivery.

In the event that the parcel is undeliverable (where the carrier has made reasonable attempts to deliver the parcel, but it is either refused or no delivery can be made), account will be evaluated and may be barred from placing further COD order .

WHAT HAPPENS IF A CUSTOMER REFUSE A COD ORDER AFTER IT REACHES HIM/HER ?

Refusing a COD order will constitute a violation of the terms of use of our COD services. This will entail automatic black listing of the customer and no other services would be provided to the latter.

Exceptional case where refusal of a COD can be accepted is when the parcel delivered is clearly not what has been ordered or the parcel has been damaged. However malicious pretension that the product is not what has been ordered will also be considered as a violation of the terms of use.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Zordideal has a strict no return policy.
2. Returns may be considered upon delivery and subject to the following conditions:
- If the Customer notes that the product is damaged at the time of delivery.
- If an failure is noted for the particular product upon testing at time of delivery.
- If there is a mismatch between the product ordered and the delivered one.
- For the conditions mentioned above:
- The Customer must not accept delivery and must immediately return the product(s) to the Delivery Staff at the time of the delivery.

3. Goods once sold are not exchangeable and non-refundable.
